    This place is definitely not bad.  Not as modern or spacious as 33 Parodi, but nicely close to the beach and Shoreline shopping center (i.e. Trader Joe's).  Close to the gym but no convenient route to any public transportation.

    The 20 bus goes right down grand. The bus stop is practically right in front of the house.  It either goes out towards webster st., or down through South Shore.
